Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, including dosas, curries, and tandoori specialties.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
